We offer a professional repair service for the following models:

Our service includes

• 🔧 Diagnostics & error analysis: Checking cell voltages, balancing status, communication interfaces (CAN, RS-485), charge/discharge currents and BMS error logs.
• 🔋 Cell balancing & restoration: Where possible, we balance the cells and restore the battery through controlled charging/discharging.
• 🧠 BMS check & firmware check: Checking the battery management system (BMS) and – if possible – performing a firmware update.
• 📊 Test run & final report: After a successful repair, we conduct a load test lasting several hours. You will receive a diagnostic report with the results.

Optional services

• Cell replacement for damaged modules (by arrangement)
• Documentation for warranty or insurance claims
• Return or local pickup possible

Notes

• Repair is only possible or sensible outside of the manufacturer's warranty.
• Batteries with mechanical damage or swelling of individual cells will not be opened for safety reasons.
• This price is the base price for diagnostics and simple repairs . Further work is only possible after consultation and written approval.
